You need to connect the camera to your computer and then access the Device Manager. Go to Start > Run > devmgmt.msc and if you see something with a yellow sign, right click it and select Update driver. Make sure you are connected to the Internet and use the Recommended solution. Once it installs, start the MyFinePix Studio and the camera should be detected.
The Studio application hasn't been developed to run on Windows 10 just yet. According to the download page, you can install the application on Windows 8.1, 8, 7, and XP. There is no Windows 10 compatibility, but that doesn't mean you can't try it. Access the page and download the software then right click it and choose Properties > Compatibility. From the drop down list, select Windows XP or a compatible version of Windows supported by the application.
This is the only way until the developers fully release a compatible version for Windows 10.
No, you can't use this application on Android because it was released for Microsoft Operating system. There is no Android market with information about this application. You can obtain the studio for the Windows operating systems using the official website of the developer.

You can't connect Fujifilm MyFinePix to GMail. The program doesn't have this functionality. The Internet settings that you mentioned are for using a proxy server in order to connect to Net Service that is provided by the developer. By using this service, you can store your photos to a cloud storage provided by the developer. To find out more about this service, visit its official page.
